Shipping Policy — Ancient Mariner Books

Ancient Mariner Books ships from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

Processing time
Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. Every book is carefully wrapped and packed to arrive in the condition described.

Shipping within Canada

Free regular shipping on orders of $50 or more.
Standard shipping: $12.00 on orders under $50.
Express shipping (1–2 business days): $20.00.
Shipping to the United States

Free regular shipping on orders of $75 CAD or more (about US $55).
Standard International (3–5 business days): $7.90–$29.90 depending on package weight.
Express International (1–2 business days): $34.90 for packages up to 1.5 kg.
Shipping to other countries

Free regular shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more.
On smaller orders, Canada Post rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs, duties and taxes (U.S. orders)
Ancient Mariner Books ships from Toronto, Canada. U.S. orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage/processing fees charged by the carrier or U.S. Customs on delivery. Although books are generally duty-free, the U.S. no longer exempts small international packages from customs processing, so fees may apply regardless of order value. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Orders refused because of these fees will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. Delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, when tracking is available for the shipping method you choose.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 21 days (Canada) or 30 days (international), email us at infiniont@gmail.com with your order number, and photos if the package is damaged. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
